When it comes to Reiki, or any other spiritual discipline, practice is very important. It's great to study books and manuals, and to contemplate those teachings, but their potential will not blossom until we infuse our daily life with practice.

Reiki from the Heart means this. It means to do Reiki from our practice, from our direct experience of everything that Reiki stands for. It means to strive to become a practitioner who can truly shine their inner luminosity, and share it with students, clients, other practitioners, and everyone else!
